We guarantee delivery in 14-15 days after preview/proof has been sent. Our guarantee comes with a 100% Money Back Promise if the shippers fail to deliver by the 15th day since we hired them. *Turnaround for custom made-to-order banners is approximately 14-15 days, (continental US) from the day you place your order. So today we are currently filling orders with a "need it by" date 14-15 days from today, and beyond. *As you would imagine, international orders may take approximately 2-3 or more days longer to arrive. Please plan accordingly. :-)

We currently offer 2 listings for purchase that will add rush to your order. 24-72 hours for an emailed printable file.

We promise it will be worth the wait. ☺ For banners, this is from the time you approve of your digital proof. Please email your "need it by" date and all personalized info right away so we can quickly email your banner proof, sometimes in as little time as a few hours, but usually within 24-48 hours. We do almost all of our design work and emailing in the evening and into the "wee" hours of the morning, and also ask for at least 24 hours or so to respond to your emails) in light of our work load, but we usually are able to respond sooner.

There is a small shipping surcharge and additional time that will apply (additional shipping purchase) for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and/or International and FPO/APO Military addresses (orders that are outside the continental 48 United States) as determined by the major shippers.
